NO MORE BUYER'S REMORSE
You've finally found the perfect piece that you've been hunting for, but the last thing you want is to buy it now, only to see that it's on sale just a few days later. Nor do you want to waste time constantly checking back, hoping it'll go on sale but not knowing if it ever will - then finding that it's sold out and you've missed your chance altogether! As a Design Insider, you are covered by our No Buyer's Remorse policy, which means that if you buy an item from us at full price, but then within 30 days of that purchase you see that we have that same item on sale, you can contact us and get a refund of the price difference!
HOW IT WORKS
There are no codes or special links to worry about, just make sure you're logged into your account and place your order as you normally would. Then, if you see that identical item on sale on our website within 30 calendar days, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can refund you the difference. The only thing you'll need is proof of purchase and a big smile because you're about to receive some unexpected mulah! :)
TERMS + CONDITIONS
There are a few T+Cs that apply in order to qualify for the No Buyer's Remorse payout:
- The sale item must be identical to the item that you purchased eg. if you purchase an item in one colour, but another colour variation goes on sale, this does not qualify as being the same item
- The item you purchased must be on sale on our website within 30 calendar days from the date that you made your purchase
- To receive your refund, you must contact us within 30 calendar days from the date that you made your purchase
- This applies to price reduction sales on items only, and not on other promotions such as free shipping or bonus gift promotions
- You must be a Design Insider and be signed into your account at the time of purchase
